Shipping policy
At Jack Reid, every order is carefully prepared by hand before it leaves us. Below you will find everything you need to know about how we ship, where we ship, and what to do if something goes wrong.
Where We Ship
Jack Reid ships to addresses within the United Kingdom and Ireland only. We are unable to fulfil orders to any other country at this time. Please ensure your delivery address falls within one of these two destinations before completing your purchase.
Order Processing Time
Once your order is placed, please allow 3 to 4 business days for processing. Because every Jack Reid bag is individually inspected and packed by hand, we take the time to make sure your order leaves us in perfect condition. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays in the United Kingdom and Ireland.
Orders placed on a weekend or on a public holiday will begin processing on the next available business day.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates
All Jack Reid orders are sent via a fully tracked delivery service. You can expect your parcel to arrive within 5 to 8 business days from the date your order is placed, which accounts for both our processing period and the time in transit.
Please note that delivery estimates are indicative and not guaranteed. Occasionally, factors outside our control — such as high postal volumes or severe weather — may cause minor delays.
Shipping Costs
Jack Reid offers free tracked delivery on every order, with no minimum spend required. There are no hidden shipping charges at checkout — the price you see is the price you pay.
Tracking Your Order
As soon as your parcel is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your unique tracking number. You can use this number to follow your parcel's progress at any time.
You can also monitor your delivery status directly through the Track Your Order page on our website. If you have not received a tracking email within 4 business days of placing your order, please get in touch with us via our contact page.
Customs & Import Duties
Because Jack Reid ships exclusively to the United Kingdom and Ireland, no customs duties or import taxes apply to your order. Customers in both destinations will not be charged any additional fees upon delivery. The total shown at checkout is the full amount you will pay.
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Parcels
We take great care packing every Jack Reid order, and we work with reliable carriers to ensure safe delivery. However, if your parcel has not arrived by the expected delivery date or arrives in a damaged condition, we are here to make it right.
Please contact us via our contact page within 14 days of your expected delivery date and include the following information so we can resolve your query as quickly as possible:
- Your order number
- The name and delivery address used at checkout
- A brief description of the issue (non-arrival, delay, or damage)
- Photographs of any damage, where applicable
Depending on the circumstances, Jack Reid will arrange a reship or a full refund for lost or damaged orders. Claims submitted outside the 14-day window may not be eligible for resolution, so please do not hesitate to reach out as soon as a problem becomes apparent.
Incorrect Delivery Address
Please double-check your delivery address carefully before completing your order. Jack Reid is unable to redirect parcels once they have been dispatched. If you notice an error in your address immediately after placing your order, please contact us via our contact page without delay, and we will do our best to amend the details before your order is shipped.
